Can't get panoramas to work

I would like my gallery to:

1. Have minimal HEIGHT ONLY setting on intermediary view (the setting of maximal Height OR Width works terrible for panoramas) so that screen can be scrolled left-right. It will stretch the website to the length of panoramic...
