Go into config and change the settings outlined here - http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/configuration.htm#admin_general_coppermine-urlThen run update.php and you should be good to go.

The only problem I have is it hides categories that are empty but have subcategories that are not, but it does display the subcategories. However this is much better than displaying 15 completely empty...
